COURSE DESCRIPTION

Project Management describes as project planning, management processes and large-scale problem-solving. Tasks have specific goals, are defined on a certain timeline, and have limited resources. This approach allows the company to combine permanent (linear) processes and targeted (unique) initiatives. It’s expected that in the next 7 years the demand for a PM will grow faster than any other profession. By 2027, approximately 22 million vacancies are expected to be opened in this area.
